Wheaton Kia is seeking an experienced, progressive Sales Manager to help grow our dealership.
You will have a proven track record in automotive sales management. We are looking for a positive and enthusiastic individual that will excite and motivate our sales team. You will be responsible to recruit, hire, train, and motivate the sales team on a daily basis. You will use extensive tracking and positive corrections during your daily one on ones. You have a proven record of high CSI scores as do we. You will execute an effective follow up plan using Dealer Socket. You will be very involved in both new and used inventory maintenance minimizing aging units. You will appraise trades using all market data available. Most importantly you are available at all times to positively assist the sales team in desking, closing, and anything that may be required to complete deals.
